We wish to outline possible unforeseen problems or conditions before they arise and avoid hidden costs as much as possible. These are general specifications which may require modification. They outline some of the most common and frequent conditions and are not intended as covering every condition.

• Wallpaper Removal is based on not more than two layers of conventional wallpaper. Additional layers, plastic coated or painted over wall coverings and the like will be brought to the owner's attention for removal and subject to our time plus rate above original estimate.
   

• Wall Preparation: Since wall coverings must be removed to reveal and determine the condition of the walls beneath, such preparation is based on average conditions. Additional repair or preparation if necessary, will be brought to owner's attention and subject to our time plus rate, above original estimate.
   

• Sheetrock Walls: If not properly prepared prior to original papering, may result in damage to the sheetrock during removal of wall covering.
